Order Processing:
Orders may take up to 3 business days to be picked/packed before shipping.
Please note that processing times may be affected by peak seasons, public holidays, or manufacturing closures; such as Chinese New Year.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Destinations:
Howdy Partner currently ships within
Australia Only.
International orders may be manually processed on a case-by-case scenario, depending on destination. Please email shop@howdypartner.com.au for international order enquiries.
We hope to expand shipping locations in the future.
Estimated Shipping Times:
We use Australia Post to fulfil our orders from rural NSW.
While most orders will arrive within 7 business days; please be understanding of our regional location and allow shipping time of up to 14 business days.
Split Shipping:
Most orders will be fulfilled directly from Howdy Partner store in Berrigan NSW.
On occasion Howdy Partner Apparel (Merch) will be made to order and shipped directly from our manufacturer.
In this instance your orders may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once your order has been shipped, Howdy Partner is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact Australia Post directly using the tracking information provided.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Howdy Partner is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
